CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY
Once you have placed your order online and you have decided that you do not wish to go through with the delivery of your purchased item(s), Qasturi will allow the cancellations of your orders only in the event that your orders have not yet been dispatched. We will then refund you the full amount. We are unable to cancel an order or make a refund if your orders have been dispatched.
We will only accept the return of Products if:
If we do not deliver or if the products we deliver is different to the one you ordered or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, in which case we will (at our option) replace the incorrect Product with the correct Product or credit your PayPal or Bank/Credit Card Account with a full refund.
Costs of returning Products is payable by you. We will only refund those costs if we accept the return of Products is due to wrong product delivery made by us or are damaged or defective. All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging (except for defective or faulty or damaged products) and must be accompanied by an explanation for returning products. Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received the products to be returned. Qasturi is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns. Refund will be processed and credited into your PayPal or Bank/Credit Card account with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

Change of mind
You may not return products if you change your mind.
Faulty or Damaged Goods Claims
All reports for faulty or damaged in relation to products delivered to your premises should be advised immediately. Please note we will require photographic evidence of any damages to products delivered. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to report any damages. Any claims for damages must be advised within 2 days of receipt of orders.
